Custom Build Policy

1. Scope of Work

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quoted products are tabletop-only builds. Bases, drawer systems, and structural cabinetry are separate upgrades and are priced above tabletop-only work.

2. Quote Approval

All custom projects begin with an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed only after design review, wood availability check, and shipping destination review.

3. Payment Workflow

Custom work may require a deposit before materials are reserved or production begins. Remaining balance and shipping charges are due before delivery or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Design Variation

Each piece is handcrafted. Grain movement, resin flow, edge character, and minor visual variation are part of the artistic process and not considered defects.

5. Structural Add-Ons

Base construction, drawer modules, and similar support structures are premium options. They require additional labor, joinery, and finishing work, and are intentionally priced higher than top-only commissions.
